Lee is married to Andrea, and they have four children, Luke, Abel, Leah, and Miriam.

Lee and his family live in Austin, Texas, where he is Pastor of Soul Care Ministries at Radiant Church while also serving as the lead consultant for Soul Care Consulting International. He began pastoral and counseling ministry in 2005 at The Village Church for nearly 10 years. He then spent three years in Canada where he served as the Pastor of Biblical Soul Care in Muskoka. He is a member of the Association of Biblical Counselors and a council board member for the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
