Transforming Small Group Leadership is Level 2 of a six-part, Transformed equipping series. Our Level 1 training focused on getting small group members to grow in caring for one another. This Level 2 training gets the small group leader equipped to both facilitate that growth in mutual discipleship and care and grow their own skills in shepherding and caring for those hurting in their group. Whether they lead men, women, couples, or students (or just want to be a better disciple maker), this training will provide small group leaders with new skills and tools to grow themselves and others in Christ-likeness together.
